  • Select an offer that is not the highest price currently displayed
  • Negotiate with multiple buyers simultaneously

Submitting an offer through this platform does not create any obligation on the seller to respond, negotiate, or accept any offer. The platform does not guarantee that any offer will be reviewed or considered by the seller.

No Verification / No Professional Advice

TransparentOffer does not verify, validate, or confirm:

  • The identity, licensing, or credentials of any user (buyers, sellers, or agents)
  • The accuracy of submitted offer details (price, financing, contingencies, etc.)
  • The validity or authenticity of uploaded documents (pre-approval letters, proof of funds, etc.)
  • The financial capacity of buyers to complete transactions
  • The legal status, condition, or ownership of listed properties
  • Compliance with local, state, or federal real estate laws and regulations
